@WHOA membership dues are $75 per address per year.

Membership is not mandatory, however dues are necessary to pay for maintenance to common areas, insurance, water and power and repair/replacement of lighting and irrigation systems at the neighborhood entrance as well as resources for special events.  By paying dues, members have a vote at HOA meetings and a voice in the direction of neighbor plans and projects.
